1、 It is prohibited to wipe the LCD splicing screen with ordinary cloth, tissue, etc.

LCD panels are relatively precise and smooth, while ordinary fabrics and tissues have rough surfaces. If used for wiping, they may scratch the LCD splicing screen, causing the dot pitch to increase and affecting the image quality. A dedicated LCD wiping cloth should be used, which uses special fibers and has a good wiping effect. This cloth is very soft and smooth, will not scratch the screen, and also has the function of dissipating static electricity to prevent further adsorption of dust, particulate matter, etc.

2、 Keep the environment around the LCD splicing screen dry

The internal structure of LCD splicing screens is very delicate. Once oxidation and corrosion occur due to humid environments, resulting in short circuits, it will bring huge economic losses to users. Controlling the surrounding humidity is extremely important, so it is recommended to install air conditioning in places where splicing screens are installed.

3、 Prohibit the use of clean water, alcohol, chemical solvents, etc. to clean the LCD splicing screen

Although alcohol and chemical solvents come with descaling functions, LCD screens have a special protective layer. Once alcohol or other substances with dissolving functions are used, the special protective coating will also dissolve, resulting in poor display performance. 5、 Try to avoid long-term full load operation of LCD splicing screens as much as possible

Fault analysis

1、 What should I do if the LCD splicing screen suddenly goes black and cannot display when powered on normally?

Don't worry, the first step is to check if the power plug, socket, and wiring are loose, and then confirm if the switch or remote control is turned on.

2.检查液晶拼接屏定时器红色指示灯和绿色指示灯时候同时亮起,如果红色指示灯亮,绿色指示灯不亮,那可能是时钟设置出了问题,需要重新设定即可排除。

3.可能是内置电源不良或液晶拼接屏内部驱动板不良,应立即查看电源输出是否正常,如电源无输出则可确认电源不良;若电源输出正常,则有可能是驱动板不良。

二、接有外部音响时,有图像无声音

查看声音是否被设置到最小或静音模式,重新设置音量模式,如为脱机无声音则首先查看外部声音线是否损坏,连接是否正确。

三、液晶拼接屏出现花屏

在液晶拼接屏面上出现某一区域内一直不显示或显示异常称为花屏。这时应查看插在液晶拼接屏上的信号传输线是否出现松脱等现象造成接触不良,如出现此情况将信号线插紧井固定,并查看问题是否解决如无此情况;可能是液晶拼接屏不良,需联系厂家咨询解决方案,寻求维修人员。

四、液晶液晶拼接屏出现暗屏

屏无显示、闪屏、播放广告时液晶拼接屏一直处于黑屏、暗屏、闪屏等情况时称为暗屏。排查看电源输出是否正常,如电源输出电压不稳定,可确认是由于电源不良造成的,若电源输出正常,则需要逐一更换驱动板和逆变器,直到故障排除。

五、当液晶拼接屏出现无信号字眼

检查内部视频线和输入给解码板的5V电源线是否松脱,如无此现象则需更换解码板或驱动板更换后并查看故障是否消失;还有一种情况就是通电后屏自动循环播放红,绿,蓝等图片,这多半是由于信号线松脱或驱动板不良造成的。
